And that's why when we started the company , we wrote a policy that we would never franchise our products nor we would involve any middlemen selling them .So as a part of the Quality Control Programme , all our inventory is stocked and dispatched from The Grey Technologies Headquarters Warehouse in Singapore . Because of this we are able to maintain complete supervision and authenticity of our products. All our goods are first checked , verified and approved here and then they are dispatched to your country via International Shipping which takes time . And this is the reason our goods take 15 - 18 days to arrive. We again apologise for the inconvenience and we hope you can understand that
Around 80% of our manufacturers are in USA , Britain and Singapore . But some time , to keep the product prices under control we have to reach out to the Chinese Manufacturers and that is the reason , some of the products you receive have their instruction manuals and warranty card in Chinese .
